Furnished and decorated to a superior standard, Wordsworths combines elegance and comfort with a relaxed atmosphere where you can be sure of an enjoyable stay.
We pride ourselves on our full English Lakeland breakfast, with mouth-watering pork sausages and scruptious top quality bacon. Fresh free-range eggs, plump mushrooms, grilled juicy tomatoes and all the trimmings! You are welcome to as much breakfast as you wish.
All of our 6 bedrooms are en suite and beautifully equipped, with luxurious soft furnishings. All bedrooms have colour TV, radio alarm clocks, hairdryers, complimentary tea/coffee making facilities and many thoughtful extras.

Leaving M6 at junction 36 follow signs to Windermere. Follow A591 Windermere/Ambleside road for approximately 4 miles. At the traffic lights at Waterhead take the right fork, A591/Lake Road. Turn second left into Wansfell Road, then first right into private road which leads to Wordsworths Car Park. Walk up the garden path to the entrance at the dining room door. |
