There are 3 areas of bedrooms within the hotel - the Victorian manor house contains the Heelis suite, deluxe rooms and some standard rooms. The garden wing has a slightly more modern feel with the ground floor rooms benefiting from having their own patio and garden furniture.

From the east, A1 Scotch Corner, follow the A66 towards Penrith, take the Appleby turn-off, follow the road for two thirds of a mile, take the first right, second left, then follow the road for 0.25 mile. Scenic route, M6 jct 38, take the B6260 to Appleby, drive through town to the T-junction, turn left, take the first right, the follow the road for two thirds of a mile.
