Greenacres is an authentic 18thC cottage in the pretty village of Lindale, just two miles from Grange over Sands. Formally the village police station, Greenacres is now better known as a quality guesthouse with friendly service and a relaxed atmosphere.
Our warm welcome includes afternoon tea and freshly baked home made cakes. Feel free to relax in your room, in the conservatory or, on chilly days, warm up in front of the log fire in the lounge.
Breakfast at Greenacres is a deliciously traditional affair using quality Cumbrian produce, home-made breads and Fair Trade tea and coffee. Vegetarian and continental breakfasts are also available and just ask if you'd like a pack-up lunch.
All Greenacres' en suite bedrooms have digital TV, hairdryer and generous hospitality tray with fresh milk for your morning tea and coffee. If you're planning for a special occasion, we can arrange champagne, chocolates or fresh flowers. Whatever the celebration, we'll do our best to make it extra special.
