The hotel is personally run by the resident owners, who promote a friendly relaxed atmosphere with high standards of comfort and cleanliness. There are 10 en suite bedrooms all well appointed. Three single rooms, 2 twin rooms, and 5 doubles, including a very large room with a king-size brass bed. Two rooms are on the ground floor but there are some steps up to the front door. There is a comfortable guest lounge and seating outside on a terrace. The price includes a full Cumbrian breakfast which is praised by many guests who return time and again.
Lymehurst is licensed and fully non-smoking with the delightful Lymestone Restaurant which is now open for lunch and dinner every day. There is ample car parking and for those travelling by train the station is only 0.5 mile away. Windermere and Coniston lakes are just a short drive away.
