Description:Robin and Clare would like to welcome you to their home in Keswick, which is perfectly located in a quiet cul-de-sac, yet only a 2-minute walk from the centre of town with private off street parking for 4 cars. Since moving in 2006, we have transformed Ellergill by combining period charm with a contemporary feel and are now listed in the Lake District Lonely Planet Guide and the forthcoming Rough Guide. A full English breakfast is accompanied by a choice of five starters, with unlimited tea or coffee and a choice of wholemeal or white toast. Directions:At jct 40 of the M6, travel west along the A66 until you reach the second roundabout, approximately 17 miles. Ignore any signs for Keswick before this. Turn left and follow the road to a T-junction and turn left again. After 400 yards go straight over the mini roundabout and Stanger Street is then 50 yards on the left. Ellergill is about half way up the street on the right-hand side. By road on A591 through the Lakes, stay on this road and you will reach the centre of Keswick and the road bends left, Lakeland Decor hardware shop on right, pass through the next set of traffic lights/pedestrian crossing, you will see Blacks outdoor shop on the left and Stanger Street is the next road on the right. If you get to the mini-roundabout you have gone too far. By rail, the nearest main line station is Penrith where you pick up a bus connection for Keswick just outside the station entrance. Ellergill is just a 2-minute walk from Keswick bus station.
