We are ideally located for your stay in The Lakes and Keswick whether you are here for a walking/cycling holiday or simply to relax and browse through the town or by the lake. Take advantage of the location, on the junction of The Heads and Lake Road, on the approach to Derwentwater and The Theatre By The Lake, and a stone's throw from Keswick town centre.
Our accommodation is set over 3 floors overlooking some of the most spectacular views The Lakes has to offer.
We are open throughout the year and cater for couples, families, and social groups. Exclusive occupancy is available for groups of up to 32.

| Directions: | By car, Follow the signs for Keswick town centre, when you approach the mini roundabout in the centre of the town follow signs for Borrowdale/Derwentwater along B5721. After 0.4 mile on your right-hand side you will see The Heads; turn on to the filter and into The Heads. Follow the road keeping left at the fork, you will find Lakeside House on the left 50m after the fork opposite the ice cream pavilion.
By bus, from Penrith train station, take X5 bus to Keswick bus station located outisde Booths supermarket. From here cross the road with Booths on your left and follow B5721 signposted Borrowdale/Derwentwater. After 0.4 mile on your right-hand side you will see The Heads. Follow this road keeping left at the fork, you will find Lakeside House on the left 50m after the fork opposite the ice cream pavilion.
