The house is newly refurbished, with full central heating and an open fire, flat- screen TV and DVD player. The house is in a slightly elevated position with good views across the town to Wansfell. There are 3-double bedrooms, 1 with twin beds. All beds are made up ready for your arrival. Towels are not normally provided but can be supplied by arrangement. Cots are not provided.
Short breaks, minimum 3 nights, are available by arrangement, particularly in the winter months. Charges for short breaks are available Nov - Easter from £80 per night for the whole house, depending on the number of visitors. All bookings include main fuel charges.
Swiss Villas is a non-smoking house. Well-behaved dogs are welcome by arrangement. There is on-street parking outside the house for the duration of your stay, for which 2 private permits are supplied. Rear yard for cycle storage and a further outside toilet.
