Kitchen: Fitted with modern units and breakfast bar, integrated fridge, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven and hood and a microwave with grill.
Lower Ground Floor:
Utility/games room: With sink, washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer and ample storage for outdoor gear. Games room with table football/hockey/tennis/skittles, pool, chess, draughts and darts.
First Floor
Bedroom 1: King size double bedroom with co-ordinating furnishings.
Bathroom 1: Fully tiled bathroom with electric shower over bath, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Second Floor

Outside there is an enclosed paved area with patio furniture and use of shed for bikes. (Rear entrance via path allows easy access for bikes and walkers). Parking on street by way of permit with further permit available for use on main car park around the corner. Brookfield is next door to Cairn Cottage (123153).
