We are just 5-minutes walk from the Lakeside pier on Windermere and within easy driving distance of many Lakeland attractions. The house has many original period features including an ornate staircase with stained glass windows. The dining room and guest lounge both have open fires, perfect for those chilly evenings where you can relax with a glass of wine and good food. The lounge is equipped with a well-stocked bar holding an excellent range of wines, spirits and liqueurs. Food is a real feature here at the Knoll as we offer an excellent breakfast and evening dinner using fresh local produce. We have 8-large double or twin en suite rooms. This includes a 4-poster room and a deluxe king-sized bedded room, both of which have newly installed bathrooms with corner baths and showers. We also have 2 suites which offer additional space with large comfortable sofas. Turn right immediately after the roundabout, opposite the Newby Bridge Hotel. Follow signs to Lakeside. The Knoll is located 400 metres on the left past the Lakeside Hotel.
