| Description: | Cobblestone Barn is a Grade II Listed, eco-friendly barn rennovated in 2010 and is in the centre of the scenic village of Melmerby. The barn is situated behind the main house which is set in a very tranquil court yard. The accommodation is split into 3 levels, on the ground floor are 2 bedrooms one double room and one twin room and a fantastic bathroom, all heated via underfloor heating from a ground source heat pump. On Level 2 is the lounge, kitchen/diner and a large single en-suite Bedroom.
