Accommodation comprises sitting room/dining area and is well furnished with TV, DVD, radio and CD player. It is centrally heated throughout and has a warm and cosy ambience. Kitchen with hand-built units, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and electric cooker. Bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin and an additional small bedroom suitable for a cot. Bathroom with shower over bath. All bed linen, towels, tea towels, travel cot and high chair included. Two outhouses, one with laundry facilities, secure storage for bikes and the other a games room with pool table. Table and chairs provided for use in small enclosed garden. Off-street parking for 1 car. Friday changeover and short breaks by arrangement.
