| | Directions: | From M6 jct 40, Penrith, follow signs to Keswick and west Cumbria, A66. Head into Keswick, at the mini roundabout take B5289, signposted Borrowdale, which leads you south besdie the lake, Derwentwater. go past the village of grange, on your right, and proceed through Rosthwaite, 7 miles from keswick, just before the village of Seatoller, find Glaramara Outdoor Centre on your right.
The nearest station is Penrith which lies on the west coast main line. Penrith is 25 miles from Glaramara and we can arrange transport from the station if required. trains run regularly from all over the country to Penrith station and from there regular bus services link to Keswick, X4 and X5 and then on to Borrowdale, 77, 77a and 79.
